1. Who we are

This site is operated by HBL Ventures LLC, trading as Helix Bloom Labs. By using it or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or over to order. You must confirm that any material you buy is for laboratory research use and that you are qualified to handle research chemicals.

3. Research use only

All products on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, they are not for human or veterinary consumption, and Helix Bloom Labs makes no medical, therapeutic or physiological representation about them. Any use of a product outside a laboratory research setting is outside these terms and is at your own risk.

4. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing is shown in error, or where we believe the intended use falls outside these terms. Prices are in US dollars.

5. Product information

Product pages describe the compound and its presentation. Identity and purity data for the material you receive are stated on its lot certificate of analysis, which prevails over anything written on this site.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any consequence of a product being used outside laboratory research.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which HBL Ventures LLC is registered.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
