We ship within the United States.

Cost

Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout. Orders over $300 ship free, and the discount is applied automatically once the cart passes the threshold.

Timescales

Orders placed on a business day are picked the same or next business day. Delivery time after that depends on the service selected at checkout.

Packaging

Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with no product branding on the exterior. Vials are packed with protection appropriate to the presentation, and the lot certificate is included.

Problems with a delivery

If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. See the refund policy.
